Villa Sardegna is a study in light and generosity of space. The same floor holds a serene en-suite bedroom and a further full bathroom, keeping everyday life effortless and private. Below, an entirely independent apartment offers a self-contained retreat — ideal for guests, extended family, or a quiet second residence within the home itself. Every level has been arranged around comfort, flexibility, and that constant, defining quality of Villa Sardegna: light that fills each space and makes the whole house feel alive.
A Guided Tour
On the top floor, the living room opens into the kitchen as a single, uninterrupted space. Framed by enormous windows, it is bathed in natural light from every angle — an airy, luminous heart of the home where the day pours in and the whole floor feels connected, open, and effortlessly warm.
Sharing the same open floor as the living room, the kitchen is defined by that same incredible light. Generous windows wrap the space so that cooking, dining, and gathering all happen within one bright, continuous room — where meals are prepared shoulder to shoulder and conversation never leaves the space.
Also on the top floor, a serene bedroom comes complete with its own private en-suite bathroom — a calm, self-contained retreat set apart from the open living space. A further full bathroom on the same level keeps everyday life easy, private, and uncompromised.
The lower floor holds an entirely independent apartment — a fully self-contained living space with its own character. Ideal for guests, extended family, or a private second residence, it offers all the comfort of the home above while keeping its own sense of privacy and autonomy.
